In an era where many home improvement products arrive in a container from overseas, we hand-forge components in our own workshop, work bluestone from Port Fairy in Victoria, and source sand castings from Australia.
We make it easy for you.
Your part of the process should be enjoyable and straightforward. With E-phence, it is.
We'll work with you to develop a design you're happy with, finalise the budget, and agree on your installation date. That's it; we do the rest.
All aspects of your project remain under the direct control of Simon Flood. Nothing is contracted out.
What's included
As registered builders,
we handle everything.
Full insurance
Works of $16,000 and over are fully insured as required by the Victorian Building and Plumbing Commission.
Design service
An extensive design service tailored to your property, from first sketch to final specification.
Permits
We assist with or fully manage the arrangement of any necessary council or building permits.
Restoration
Restoration of existing wrought iron fencing, sympathetically matched to original heritage details.
Removal
Demolition and removal of existing fencing if required, handled cleanly and efficiently.
Automation
Installation of automatic gate opening systems, integrated seamlessly into the finished design.
